At WellMind Holistic Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality therapy services for OCD and related conditions using holistic and natural methods. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.
The first consultation fee (INR 1,000 – INR 2,500 for one hour) is non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, the session can be rescheduled but not refunded.
We offer packages for:
1 month
3 months
6 months
Payments for packages are accepted in 4 to 6 instalments:
1st Instalment – Day 1 (date of package start)
2nd Instalment – Day 5
3rd Instalment – Day 15
4th Instalment – Day 30
5th Instalment – Day 45 (if applicable)
6th Instalment – Day 60 (if applicable)
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
A refund can only be requested if:
The client has not attended any session within 48 hours of purchase.
A technical or administrative error resulted in incorrect billing.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel a package before the first session starts and request a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Once therapy sessions have started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but you may request session rescheduling (subject to therapist availability).
If any instalment is not paid on time, sessions will be paused until payment is cleared.
No refund will be provided for missed sessions due to delayed instalment payments.
This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Clients may raise any dispute with the appropriate consumer forum in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
